Administrator Peter Them reported several facilities and street maintenance items for follow-up. He said a contractor is scheduled this month to review and provide an estimate for deteriorated front steps at Village Hall and that missing letters for the Eugene R. Parkison building are on hand and will be reinstalled shortly.
Councilman Kim Little raised the need for another asphalt patch in front of the drive-through, and Councilman Keith Bacin flagged two possibly dead trees in the right-of-way at the corner of Delaware and Maple Street; Mr. Them said he will review and provide quotes. These items were logged for staff follow-up rather than immediate action during the meeting.
