Conger also said she would keep the existing metal railings and original interior windows and would enclose the underside of the porch with matching panel sheeting. A commission member who moved the motion referenced compliance with the Secretary of the Interior standards and the city's regulations (cited in the meeting as section 64-11(c)). The chair asked for final questions, then called for the vote and announced the motion passed.
The approval allows the applicant to proceed with the described repairs, with staff direction to follow up through the office if any additional permits or clarifications are required. The commission did not record any amendments to the motion at the meeting.
