Douglass Township adopts $5.61 million 2025 budget, keeps tax millage steady

Treasurer Cynthia O'Donnell also asked the board to approve Budget Amendment #5 to transfer $353,000 from the ARPA Fund to the Capital Reserve Fund; the Board approved the transfer. Ms. O'Donnell reported unpaid bills totaling $177,415.17 and provided an overview of several unusual items in the bills. The Board authorized payment of the outstanding invoices and granted authorization to pay additional healthcare bills for the remainder of the year.
