LCB staff: no agency-request bills; cannabis tax, Ryan's Law and permitting timeliness expected in 2026 session

Webster described internal coordination for the session: two legislative-team meetings weekly (a Monday planning meeting and a Friday meeting after the weekly schedule is released) plus a fiscal-note group led by the CFO. He said he will continue to provide caucus updates throughout session and stand ready to answer board questions.
