Commission approves preliminary plat for Arnett’s Acres Section 2

Therefore, staff recommends to approve this request,” the planner said.
The chair opened the public portion and no members of the public spoke for or against the proposal. With no discussion, the commission voted to approve the preliminary plat. The clerk recorded the motion as passed 5–0.
The approval advances the subdivision review; staff noted standard conditions will apply during final plat review.
