Parks and rec rated strong overall; youth programs and pool draw concern

Stevenson said she would "dig into those comments a little more in-depth and divide them between quality of the actual infrastructure versus quality of the management," and suggested that hiring a new recreation coordinator (referenced by presenter) is a timely investment to address program concerns. She recommended council consider targeted improvements rather than systemwide changes and to prioritize maintenance where residents expressed strong concern.
