After discussion, a motion to amend the claims approval — to exclude the named claim(s) for MPP/MBB properties pending resolution of secondary access and contractual obligations — was seconded and carried by roll call. The council recorded affirmative roll-call responses from members during the amendment vote (names read aloud during the meeting). The amendment directs staff to withhold the specified payout and to report back when the secondary access and contract issues are resolved.
