The Planning Commission approved a special use permit for 1125 Craig LLC to operate a 4,750‑square‑foot tavern branded as the Cantina with restricted gaming and full on‑sale liquor.
Applicant counsel Brooke Holmes said the site meets distance and parking requirements and will operate as a 21‑and‑older venue with no live entertainment planned at present and up to 15 gaming devices shown in the layout. Commissioners reviewed interior layout, gaming device counts and potential live entertainment; counsel said no live entertainment is planned at this time. Staff recommended approval and the commission voted to approve the SUP with conditions.
