Council approves two-year investment-advisory contract; one member recused

The mayor noted there was a recusal for this item and temporarily dismissed Councilmember Eisen from the discussion before the motion.
"We do have a, an exception, a recusal from this item. So we're going to dismiss Councilmember Eisen from this time," the mayor said. After a motion to approve was made and seconded, the council voted "Aye" and the mayor announced the motion passed unanimously among voting members present; Councilmember Eisen was called back to the dais after the vote. The contract text and negotiation authority will be handled by the city manager as authorized by the resolution.
