"We focused on increasing data use for interventions and creating common approaches to curriculum," Murphy said during the presentation.
Murphy outlined next steps for the coming year: start unit planning, increase targeted data dives using the Open Architect tool, introduce collaborative conversations across departments, and co-create an implementation plan for the district vision of a graduate. Committee members thanked Principal Murphy for the presentation and asked for concrete examples of community collaboration, which Murphy cited as the Harvard Lecture Series and the Vision of a Graduate work.
