Weir described the school’s instructional model — collaborative expectations, peer instructional rounds and administrative walkthroughs — and said current emphasis is on formative assessments to support student growth. The district identified concrete next steps including a Mastery Connect benchmark pilot scheduled for the 2026–27 school year and refinement of assessment and engagement tools to support the transition to Level Three.
