The July 28 workshop included staff briefings on potential OPWC funding, Stillwater Crossing updates, parks capital work, comp-plan and zoning-code timelines, a branding RFQ, and cybersecurity obligations under House Bill 96. Staff said the OPWC resolution (Centimeters 26-49) will likely be brought in September if council wants to authorize application entry.
At the meeting's end a council member moved to adjourn, another council member seconded, and the ayes carried on a voice vote. No other formal votes or ordinances were passed at the workshop; staff said they will return with formal resolutions for OPWC application, cybersecurity contracting, and the branding RFQ as separate agenda items.
