Staff said the submitted survey indicates separation requirements from schools and other facilities are met and that the floor plan shows two entrances (where one is permitted) which can be addressed during building-permit review.
Several commissioners expressed a preference to have the applicant present to answer public or commission questions. Commissioner Menzies moved to calendar the item for next month and directed staff to contact the applicant to assure attendance; the motion passed.
