The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for Hallease Heights Section 9 that converts a 0.161-acre parcel at 13044 Pratt Street into one buildable lot. Madeline Mahak, the planner presenting the item, said the current zoning is MH (manufactured/mobile home district) and that surrounding land uses and zoning are compatible.
Mahak also noted the request was to obtain building permits and that no objections were received; staff recommended approval with conditions. The vice chair opened the public hearing and no one spoke; a motion to approve passed unanimously.
The approval allows the applicant to pursue building permits consistent with the approved plat and applicable conditions.
