An applicant representative clarified a drafting point about whether the south 0.5 reference and the vacated alley were accurately reflected in the submitted preamble; staff confirmed and the commission proceeded. No public opposition was presented at the hearing. Commissioner Lefoy moved to approve and Commissioner O'Field seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The replat will proceed subject to the usual staff conditions and recording requirements.
