No members of the public spoke for or against the item during the public-comment period. Commissioner Lafoy moved to approve and Commissioner Martin seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The approval allows an accessory dwelling unit to be built toward the rear of the property adjacent to the alley, consistent with SF-1 zoning, and is subject to the conditions listed by staff. The commission moved on to the next agenda item after the vote.
