David Angeles introduced as Prosper's new Parks and Recreation director

I bring 23 years of North Texas experience in the parks and rec industry and municipal industry to the community," Angeles said, adding that he has been reviewing the parks and open‑space master plans, the hike‑and‑bike trail master plan and intends to coordinate with the parks and recreation board.
Council members welcomed Angeles and deferred questions to a later time; Angeles offered to answer simple questions after the meeting.
