Planning staff notes APA conference, gateway sign application and upcoming tree-preservation items

Staff flagged additional items expected next month, including a site plan with tree-preservation commitments and an accessory-structure review that together may make next month a heavier meeting.
A commissioner asked staff to email the conference details; staff agreed and said they would circulate the information. No action was taken on these items during the meeting.
