Staff previews upcoming PD applications including Saddle Creek Commercial and Volleys Village

Town staff told the commission to expect several zoning and PD applications at upcoming meetings, including Saddle Creek Commercial at the northwest corner of Preston Road and Prosper Trail and Volleys Village on the south side of Parvin Road near FM 1385. Staff described Volleys Village as a planned development including a tennis facility along with retail, office and hotel components.
Staff also said the Frontier Gateway PSP is probably going to be tabled again. Commissioners were asked to note these forthcoming items for scheduling and review preparation; no public testimony or substantive debate on these applications occurred at the May 26 meeting.
