The Board accepted the resignation of Thomas Francoeur from the Recreation Commission and appointed E. Peter Allen to complete the unexpired term and Maurice Reese as an alternate through April 30, 2029. The assessment value for Gilford Village Knolls I was set at $782,800. The Board authorized acceptance of a $250 gift card from Shaw’s for the Police Department (vote 2-0-1; Selectman Benavides recused and abstained) and a $100 gift certificate for the Town Clerk‑Tax Collector’s Office from Gilford Village Store. The Investment Policy was re‑adopted as presented and a request for 'No Thru Trucks' on Country Club Road was denied with an instruction to increase speed enforcement.
