For HVAC and plumbing maintenance the Board accepted the proposal from Johnson & Jordan Mechanical Contractors of Scarborough, ME in the amount of $22,455 per year, effective Aug. 1, 2026, with an additional $9,000 upon expiration of the one‑year system warranties in the new DPW building; motion passed 3-0.
