Council adopts standards of care for city elementary recreation programs

"Tonight we're here to consider our standards of care which is annually approved by city council, as required by the state," Donnie Hayes said, describing the standards as "minimum standards for the safety and care of our participants." Mayor Pro Tem Clouser moved for adoption; Councilor Morriley seconded, and the City Secretary announced the motion carried unanimously. The ordinance was adopted as a formal council action.
