Staff reported the property is zoned C-3 and that the planning commission had unanimously recommended approval; no public opposition was raised during the hearing. The applicant, Tasha Wynn, gave her name and address and said the venue will feature farmers-market ingredients and signature cocktails. "We're gonna provide farmers market ingredients with signature cocktails that you can't get anywhere else," Wynn said.
Council members asked a few clarifying questions but moved the item forward with a motion to approve and a unanimous vote.
Next steps: The applicant must obtain a letter of compliance from city staff and then apply to the ABLE Commission for state-level licensing.
