PS&E and environmental milestones reported for Village Drive, FM 550 and FM 549

Erica briefed the consortium on Village Drive and several Farm‐to‐Market route efforts. She said Village Drive's ICA is expected to be reconsidered at the upcoming commissioner's court meeting, and TxDOT has provided a draft AFA. For FM 550, preliminary schematics were submitted in May and TxDOT's 95% PS&E comments have been received; TMP submitted a 100% plan set on May 28. For FM 549, WSB is preparing an ASED and right‑of‑entry letters for Rockwall County and TxDOT approval; schematic approval and environmental clearance are anticipated in December 2027.
Erica asked if there were questions and confirmed continuing coordination with consultants and agencies on PS&E, right‑of‑way letters and survey flights planned in the near term.
