Prosper council honored state champions, Hometown Heroes and youth programs; consent agenda approved

The council took time in the meeting to present certificates recognizing Hometown Heroes (Barry Smith, Philip Johnson, Cherry Choi, Kinkwa Johnson) and to honor numerous student athletes and teams from Walnut Grove and Prosper schools for state championships and individual awards.
