He also reported that the on‑site well drilling is about 30% complete and that the contractor is drilling toward the water table. Baker noted a supplier factory fire has delayed equipment deliveries, including items tied to the concession building and a defibrillator order; that delays may push some final warranty commencements and installations several months out.
Staff said the concession building and some warranty items remain to be finalized; the town will coordinate delivery schedules and staged warranty starts as each component reaches substantial completion. Baker asked for patience as crews finish grading and as contractors remobilize to complete outstanding work.
