Will Butler moved to approve and Josephine Prophet seconded.
The roll call vote was Debbie Lockhart AYE, Charlie Shutt AYE, John Gray AYE, Joe Cornell NAYE, Josephine Prophet AYE and Will Butler AYE. The motion carried and the consent items were adopted as presented.
