Council opts to lease new copier rather than buy out expiring unit

Councilmember Joe Cornell moved to lease a new copier; Charlie Shutt seconded. The motion passed by recorded vote (5 AYE, 1 NAY), leaving the city to proceed with a new lease that includes service and consumables coverage.
