Council approves two pay certificates totaling $147,427.65 for Hickman Pickleball Park construction

The council approved Certificate #2 to Raughey General Contractors for $87,245.15 and Certificate #3 for $60,182.50.
Kelly outlined a schedule that shows electrical finishes, final grade/seed irrigation by late August, final inspections at the end of August and substantial completion around early September, subject to concrete curing times. "They're really getting some stuff done now," Kelly said, noting the underground utility progress from prior pay apps.
