The settlement also states the property will remain eligible for future exemptions so long as statutory filing requirements and pilot conditions continue to be satisfied.
Councilwoman Henderson made the motion; it was seconded and carried by voice vote. The council recorded the action as approval of the settlement agreement and no litigation will be pursued on the matter if the terms are met.
