"She would like to expand the number of dogs allowed," Amber said, noting the previous conditional approval capped the facility at 20 dogs and staff had received no complaints during six years of operation.
Board members asked about parking and shuttle logistics during events and discussed potential conditions for future approval. Staff said detailed building plans and code compliance would be reviewed during the building-permit process. The board set a public hearing on the CUP for May 7 to allow public comment and formal action at a later meeting.
