District to roll out analytics, student scheduling and AI platform; Conmigo contract signed

Goodhue also described MyFlex Learning (a scheduling tool for high-school win blocks) and Blocksy (a classroom-monitoring product) to be used in grades 3–8 after a successful pilot in grades 4–5. She announced the district has a signed contract for the Conmigo AI platform, has provided teacher training and expects to roster the platform by the beginning of September; she said the anonymous donation helped fund Conmigo and related technology supports.
Committee members asked about parent access to data; Goodhue said the staff view is not a parent portal. Members requested redacted sample views once analytic tools are operational.
