Separately, facilities staff described a larger Omni cooperative agreement with Edwards Roofing for $639,776 to install fluid-applied roofing at the Santa Rosa Sheriff's and Jail facility; staff said the sheriff agreed to use remaining local option sales tax funds to cover the cost and the county would manage procurement and contracting.
The board did not vote to execute contracts during this session but moved these items to the Thursday consent agenda for formal approval.
