County approves STRAC agreement to centralize EMS and volunteer fire records management

General counsel said the contract had been reviewed and raised no concerns. Commissioners discussed that individual departments would be involved in designing the reports and that privacy/HIPAA protections would remain in place. The court voted 5–0 to approve the agreement and authorized the county judge to execute the contract.
