Chair Martha “Muffy” Carter said she would follow up with Mark Walter to confirm whether the town can spend the current budgeted funds before June 30 or must arrange advance payment. The committee emphasized the need to act quickly because TRC's administrative cut and the contract timing mean available funds could be diminished if not spent within the fiscal window.
The subcommittee scheduled discussion of the WMP update for the full LMAC meeting on July 1, 2026, and set internal review dates to provide members sufficient time to comment before that meeting.
