Nick Ferris asked town officials to provide an inventory of town-owned properties and existing lessee arrangements to identify opportunities for agricultural use or more formal leasing. Jason Arico noted that leases and contracts are currently handled by Mark and the town clerk and that some arrangements are informal or 'handshake' contracts rather than documented leases.
Committee members noted some parcels were bought with recreation-designated funds and others have conservation easements where the town does not own the land but holds the easement; the group agreed a formal inventory would help the committee advise on potential leases or uses.
