Consultant Carl Nielson told members that TRC takes a 15% cut from the budget, reducing the effective dollars available for Wilcox & Barton to perform the work. Committee members stressed the need to spend funds in the current budget year by June 30 or arrange advance payment so the town does not lose the appropriated money; Chair Carter said she will follow up with Mark Walter on payment timing.
