Anderson recommended the commissioners schedule a separate work session to review the proposals in more detail and said Veregy typically also briefs the County Council because that body appropriates funds. The presentation included cost‑saving and payback considerations but no formal motion or appropriation was made at the meeting; commissioners did not vote on a project at this session.
