Auditor staff reminded the court that Road & Bridge Fund (Fund 51) is finite and that conservative budgeting is prudent because if unbudgeted needs arise the general fund may be required to supplement. Road and Bridge agreed to provide vehicle hours and usage profiles and to explore leasing and used‑vehicle markets prior to any purchase decision.
