Glenn Grube, Library Director and IT Committee Chair, described the scope: a wireless connection to a laser projector, two wall-mounted cameras, vendor remote troubleshooting, 24 ceiling-mounted speakers, a built-in equalizer and multiple microphone options. Staff said the AV work would follow the HVAC installation and is expected to begin in January/February 2025.
