The City of Fenton City Council on Jan. 12, 2025 voted unanimously to approve the consent agenda, authorizing payment of general invoices totaling $324,477.89 and Community Center invoices totaling $8,475.18. Councilmember Lockwood moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember McDermott seconded; the motion passed by roll call with six yeas and one member, Sage, recorded as excused.
Mayor Sue Osborn reviewed the items on the consent agenda before the vote, which also included approval to place on file minutes from a July 17, 2025 DDA meeting and a January 5, 2026 Council Work Session. The roll call listed Bancroft, Bottecelli, Lockwood, McDermott, Osborn and Suchowski as present. The meeting record in the transcript footer shows the meeting minutes were later dated as approved on January 26, 2026.
The council took no separate votes on any individual payment listed on the consent agenda. The approval authorizes the city administration to process the listed payments and to file the referenced minutes.
