City staff will restart efforts to obtain estimates and design ideas for new museum signage, Building/Zoning Administrator Jason Payne told the board on Jan. 15. Payne said the board must "begin from scratch again," and he will contact several sign companies the City works with and include Sean Sage in the emails so Sage can follow up on any returned ideas.
Board members discussed next steps and agreed that once correspondence from vendors begins, Sage will follow up with the companies. The discussion did not record specific budgets or vendor names; Payne said he would solicit ideas and estimates from the City's regular sign contractors.
