At the start of the Nov. 4 meeting Clerk Mrs. Haley read a notice received from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control regarding a proposed transfer of a liquor license for 550 Maxwell Ave. from VASHVA LLC to RM REDDY LLC (Hill Foodmart).
Mr. Albaugh moved to accept the notice and make it part of the official record and to distribute copies to Council, the city manager, law director, mayor, police chief and fire chief; Mr. Walker seconded the motion and Council approved it by roll call with all ayes. The notice included the Division of Liquor Control reference number FEB TRFO 10009761-1 and instructions to complete and return the form whether or not a hearing is requested.
