The presenter also proposed changing commercial sanitation billing from a flat $23.75 per month to $30 per month plus $8 for each additional cart, estimating roughly $30,000 in additional revenue from that change.
The proposal was presented as part of the broader 2026 budget hearing; council members thanked staff but no public comments or formal votes on the fee change were recorded.
