The Affordable Housing Trust recommended a specific affordable-unit distribution for the Westford Regency project at 219 Littleton Road: 3 units at 50% area median income (AMI), 23 units at 80% AMI, and 4 units at 100% AMI. The working-group recommendation explicitly states that all units "will remain affordable in perpetuity," and the Trust voted to forward that recommendation to the planning board.
The motion to recommend the working group’s option was made by Andrea Peraner-Sweet and seconded by Robert Waskiewicz; the minutes report the Aye vote as unanimous. The recommendation will be part of the planning-board review process for project permitting and any conditions assigned during that process will be addressed at the planning stage.
