The Trust approved the minutes of March 4, 2026 on a motion by Robert Waskiewicz, seconded by Drew Vernalia; the record states the aye vote was unanimous. A committee member asked, "How many units will be coming off the SHI as they were not originally restricted in perpetuity?" The Clerk said this is being looked into and that "accurate information will be coming soon."
Members also asked about onboarding for new committee members: "Would it be possible to create a guidebook for new committee members?" The meeting adjourned at 8:21 p.m. on a motion by Robert Waskiewicz, seconded by Kristi Bates. The next meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026 via Zoom.
