"Upon motion made by Kristi Bates and seconded by Alden Wood it was voted to re-appoint Robert Waskiewicz as a full member of the Affordable Housing Trust," the meeting record states. The aye vote was unanimous.
A second motion to re-appoint Susan Martin as an alternate was also approved: "Upon motion made by Kristi Bates and seconded by Ragi Ramachandran it was voted to re-appoint Susan Martin as an alternate member of the Affordable Housing Trust." The meeting record notes the reappointment procedure requires existing members to fill out new citizen activity forms, be voted on by their board or committee and then submitted to the town clerk for reappointment processing.
