Council to interview Bloom LLC after low-bid change; library committee appointed

Council directed Administrator Hill to schedule an interview with Bloom LLC and tabled formal architect approval until that interview. Mayor William Conlin moved to appoint Jennifer Grobe, Tim Smith, June Rezac, and Stacy Lienemann to a library committee to assist with the renovation process; the appointment carried 3-0.
