Rebecca Rice presented the third-quarter outcomes report, summarizing program activity, spending and client demographics for July 2025 through March 2026. She said client satisfaction was high and pointed to survey and volunteer metrics that support ongoing program delivery.
"The programs have sent out 3,900 surveys and had 999 responses so far," Rice said, reporting a roughly 26% response rate and client satisfaction near 96.7%. On volunteer engagement she reported 1,272 unduplicated volunteers contributing 14,066 hours, with a total volunteer-hours value of over $566,000.
Rice also reviewed grievances: staff recorded 68 grievances across 34 programs during the reporting period and said all had been resolved and that staff monitor grievances for trends and technical assistance. Board members pressed for comparative trend data; Nureen Ibrahim noted the earlier 0.25 report recorded 125 grievances for a prior period and staff committed to include comparative figures in the upcoming grievance-trend analysis.
Board members asked whether grievance counts point to system-level issues; Rice said Abby is preparing a specific grievance-trend data report to provide more detail and context at the next meeting.
