The motion was made by Mr. Lindeman and seconded by Mr. Skiera.
Clerk Lori Gerber recorded the roll call: Mr. Lindeman, Mr. Skiera, Ms. Gerber and Mr. Vadeboncoeur voted yes; Ms. Zoscsak was absent. "All in Favor, motion carried," the record states. The approval cleared routine housekeeping items so the board could proceed to scheduled reports and discussions.
